The Terraces compliment perfectly an interest in all things old.... I love collecting vintage and antique items (inc. motorcycles) preserving a simplicity of early times, we look forward to sharing with you a "Living history" alternate short stay experience...

They don't disappoint with Charm and Character...

Background of a "daydream"

Growing up in 1970's at Ootha NSW which was a thriving small  farming "Hamlet" in it's heydays.. (no pub, but a great cricket ground and tennis courts, School, Church, Silos, Rail Siding/stockyards, general store and mechanics workshops)

By school bus along Denison Street to Condobolin High School in the 80's I would see these quaint Terraces and think to myself "I'd love to live in one of those... how convenient to the shop "Wheelers", the main st. living in town..."

I purchased No42 Orange Street and moved in by mid 2014 from Penrith, then buying the 2nd Terrace ( No46 "Euglorie Terrace") with my niece in late 2015.   They are unique & part of the early settlement of Condobolin and its history of pioneering pastoralists whom contributed greatly to our District, bright and roomy despite only being single level terraces.  No 46 has an updated Kitchen and Bathroom and airconditioned which makes it comfortable with 2Bedrooms to suit varied combinations - couple / twinshare / small family & a secure rear yard also pet friendly.

In the future we look forward to both No42 & No46 being open to our local Historical Society for guided tours....

Recently members enjoyed an Autumn stroll in April from the Condobolin Museum in Bathurst Street, up to view these old gems, spotting the differences between the two in both recent and earlier updates...as well learning about their original owner (developer of the day) Charles E Burcher, as well the running commentary published in the local newspaper as the construction was underway 1901 - 1902..
